Who We Are

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly

Your email address, when you complete a purchase. This is collected by our payment processor (Stripe) and used solely to send you a payment receipt and your purchased report.
Calculator inputs (portfolio value, loan amount, interest rate, etc.) — these are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically

Usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, general location (country/city), device type, and browser. This data is anonymised and aggregated. IP addresses are not stored.
Cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How We Use Your Information

To process your payment and deliver your purchased report.
To send a transactional email receipt (no marketing emails).
To understand how visitors use our tools so we can improve them.
To comply with our legal obligations.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/au/privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above (Google Analytics, Stripe) to the extent necessary to operate the website.

Data Retention

Email addresses collected at purchase are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the purchased product and comply with legal obligations, and are deleted upon request. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with Google's default settings.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for cross-site targeting. You can manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.
